The Class of 2013 – Naylor Management Training & Development Programme

Naylor’s management training and development programme has completed its second year with a total of 25 managers achieving their certificates following a series of workshops and one to one coaching sessions. The workshops focus on practical tools to address key management challenges and define what is expected of Naylor managers. The confidential coaching centres on personal development and overcoming barriers to the achievement of an individual’s goals and aspirations. Naylor works closely with professional coach Dorothy Betts and with the support of Barnsley Development Agency, to devise and deliver the programme.
