Naylor 50-150mm ducting manufactured at Cawthorne is BBA approved and manufactured to BS EN 61386 as required by the Highways Agency.

MetroDuct Twinwall Class 1 Duct
MetroDuct Twin Wall now comes with Class 1 classification. Which means it comes with greater application flexibility to deliver infrastructure and energy on all levels. Connecting cities with vital comms cabling whilst supporting the usual air, road, and rail facilities.
Naylor MetroPower Class 1 Twin Wall is manufactured in accordance with ENA TS 12-24 and BS EN 61386-24. Complies with manufacturing and test requirements of ENA TS 12-24 (Certificate No A3122).

Naylor MetroPower Class 2 Twin Wall is manufactured in accordance with ENA TS 12-24 and BS EN 61386-24. Complies with manufacturing and test requirements of ENA TS 12-24 (Certificate No A3122) and offers the advantages of a lightweight flexible ducting product combined with high strength and durability.

Designed specifically for electrical cables for use in a range of applications ranging from E.V charging points to crucial electrical systems in commercial and industrial site. Class 1 uPVC is manufactured to BS EN 61386-24 and is certified to meet the manufacturing and test requirements of ENA TS 12-24 (Certificate No A3122).

Complies with manufacturing and test requirements of BS EN 61386 450N class.

MetroDuct Smooth Sub Duct
A range of smooth bore solid wall polyethylene ducting is available manufactured to industry standard dimensional specifications in many ODs, colours, wall thicknesses and lengths as required. We offer all sizes in standard 6m lengths and sizes up to 75mm in coils. Bespoke sizes can also be manufactured to order as required to solve problems on-site due to changing conditions, trench and trough sizes.
Electric cable duct complies with ENA-TS 12-24 class 3 standard.

uPVC general purpose duct is a single wall pipe manufactured under ISO 9001:2015.. uPVC general purpose duct is produced with inbuilt push-fit sockets.
