Richard Edwards, Managing Director of Naylor Drainage Ltd, is to retire at the end of July after eight years heading up the business. Richard will be succeeded by Chris Ainger who since joining the business as General Manager in March has been working closely with Richard to ensure a smooth transition into his new role.

Edward Naylor comments: “Since joining Naylor in 2017, Richard has led Naylor Drainage through the challenges of covid, a period of significant growth and our transformation into a focused plastic business. I am deeply grateful to Richard for his support and leadership over the last eight years and on behalf of all of us, would like to thank him for his valuable contribution and to wish him a happy and fulfilling retirement.”

Chris has vast experience in managing businesses that manufacture plastic products and will become Managing Director of Naylor Drainage Ltd on 1 August 2025.
