Naylor are pleased to announce the acquisition of Clough Mill
We are thrilled to announce the acquisition of ceramic gardenware business Clough Mill by our Gardenware division. Clough Mill, based in Cirencester, Gloucestershire on Friday 21 June. Clough Mill imports high quality frostproof and beautifully glazed garden pots from their factory in Ipoh, Malaysia. We have acquired the manufacturing, importing and distribution of this highly regarded brand.

Naylor remain committed to UK manufacturing and the Clough Mill acquisition will complement our continued British manufacture of the Yorkshire Flowerpot range, as well as the Kew Planters which we launched as a result of our 2012 licensing deal with the Royal Botanical Gardens.

The Clough Mill stock and distribution operation will be relocated to our Cawthorne site. Administration will be integrated to allow customers to combine orders for our various brands: Yorkshire Flowerpots, Naylor Patio Pots, Kew Planters and Clough Mill.
