Naylor Specialist Plastics manufacture tubes and pipes for every conceivable application!
These are just some of the areas our products are used:
- Automotive - Visor hinge pins, 'L' sections, spring retainers and cover tubes
- Agricultural - HDPE pipes to 200mm OD for irrigation LDPE tubes for irrigation water and potable applications and tubing for pesticide sprays
- Construction - ABS and PP low-pressure pipe, roof vent ducting, non-gas carrying pipe sleeves, cable ducting, drill core sheaths, drain rods etc
- Sport and Leisure - Golf ball collectors, fishing rod protection cases, flagsticks, rake handles, birdcage perches, show jumping poles etc
- Traffic Management - Posts made from HDPE in most colours including flrorescent. Square pots and planks, translucent beacon diffusers
- Printing and Textile - We manufacture core tubes in PP, HDPE, Styrene or ABS, for winding carpet, plastic film, calendered rubber, pipe wipes etc
- General Industry - PP welding rod, board carrying tape edge belts, formed dipper tubes, vent tubes, shelf spacer legs, pneumatic converyors, PVC cord, flexible PVC strip, packing tubes etc

At Naylor Specialist Plastics, quality is everything. It is the driving force behind every decision we make; every product which leaves our factory is manufactured with the philosophy that success is built on quality standards.
Quality is making its mark in every area of our work. All our senior operatives have progressed beyond level 2 stage in their NVQ training. We are also investing heavily in new, state of the art equipment to raise our standards even higher.
Environmental
Naylor Specialist Plastics works to minimise the effect of our actions on the environment.
Naylor Specialist Plastics is committed to managing our activities in an environmentally efficient way. Virtually all of our in-house scrap is re-processed and used up in non-critical applications. Packaging and transport are optimised as much as possible to ensure waste is kept to a minimum.
After consultation with the Carbon Trust, Naylor Specialist Plastics made significant capital investment on energy efficient motors and gearboxes to help to reduce our electricity consumption and carbon emissions.
Several of our customers utilise our products in their own eco-designs, including corrugated tubes for solar panels, electrical cable duct for windmill farms and rain diverter systems. We would be happy to hear from any potential customers with similar projects.
