Apprenticeships at Naylor

Our employees enjoy long-term careers with Naylor, many employees have been with us 20, 30 and even 40 years.  Succession planning is high on the agenda at Naylor with its apprenticeship programme commencing in Engineering in 2012, working in conjunction with local colleges at all our sites, we have committed to further opportunities for those interested in an Apprenticeship across a number of work disciplines within the group including: Engineering, Ceramic Technology, Tool Making, Polymer Science.

Investors in People

Current Vacancies

Ongoing temp to perm vacancies as Factory and Logistics Operatives are available across a number of our businesses in Barnsley, Tipton (Birmingham) and Fife (Scotland). These positions are for a number of shift patterns including days – 6am to 2pm/ 7am to 3pm/ 9am to 5pm; 3 shifts rotating – 6am to2pm/ 2pm to 10pm/ 10pm to 6am and 12 hours days/ nights continental shift pattern. Flexibility and part time hours can be considered for some of these positions and there is often extra hours available with great potential for the positions to go full-time for the right candidate with the relevant skills, knowledge and behaviour.
